Customer Service Representative
Shift: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Transportation & Inventory) to join our fast-paced team. As a Customer Service Representative
, you will play a key role in coordinating inventory, managing transportation schedules, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and the confidence to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and team members.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels
    , ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
  • Schedule and oversee truck transportation
    , ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain and update records in inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and coordinate schedules.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and identify discrepancies for resolution.
  • Multitask effectively to manage phone calls, inventory coordination, and scheduling tasks.
  • Collaborate with a team of 12 women in a fast-paced environment to meet daily goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications>
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in transportation scheduling and inventory management is
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
