The right person will love dealing with people, be organized and outgoing. Checking rentals in and out and keeping the rental fleet organized as well as being a cashier/clerk for the service department.
Job duties include but not limited to:
* In charge of daily rentals and rental agreements.
* Processing payment for rentals and Service Invoices
* Processing State Inspection write
-up and closing Inspections
* Making online Service appointments
* Contacting Customer for follow-up and appointments.
* Answering Service phone lines.
* Other Misc task to help Service Advisor provide exceptional customer Service.
