Contract Details: 6‑month contract. Hybrid work, 2 days on site in Auburn, MA.
Base Pay Range$60.00/hr – $70.00/hr
Requirements- 5+ years of experience of direct compensation, including job evaluations and job leveling, core compensation program management, and market pricing
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS, including reporting and data navigation
- Previous medical device, biotech or pharma industry experience preferred
