Lead the development and administration of state and federal grants (including Workforce Training Fund grants) and serve as the go-to resource for both MassMEP staff and clients—from proposal development through closeout.
Qualifications- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A clear, confident communicator (written & verbal)
- A team player who can also work independently
- Passionate about doing meaningful, high-impact work
