Lundgren Collision Center of Auburn is seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations to oversee our large, high-volume collision center. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all day‑to‑day operations, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards in customer service and repair quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily operations of the collision center, including office and production workflow
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff across departments
- Ensure efficient scheduling, job flow, and on‑time delivery of repairs
- Oversee or write repair estimates and supplements
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and appraisers
- Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and profitability
- Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and growth
- Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License (required)
- Extensive knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards
- Proven leadership experience managing a high‑volume collision center
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with estimating and shop management software
