We’ve partnered with a highly stable, family‑owned HVAC and home services organization seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily service operations and lead a team of technicians, dispatch, and support staff. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong HVAC technical knowledge who also enjoys coaching teams, improving operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage HVAC service technicians and daily operations
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch efficiency
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and escalations
- Conduct ride‑alongs, coaching, and performance reviews
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Improve workflow, productivity, and service quality
- 7+ years of HVAC technical experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- HVAC licensing preferred (Oil Burner, Pipefitter, Plumbing, etc.)
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Company vehicle
