Assistant Store Manager

This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing team.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay $16.50 – $24.20 plus commission on sales.
