Industrial Warehouse Technician Description

Our client in the industrial industry is looking for an Industrial Warehouse Technician to add to their team in Auburn, MA. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will receive inbound materials, fulfill customer orders, and support safe and efficient material handling operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company that values cross-training, internal growth, and long-term employee success. The company also provides in-house forklift certification and offers a profit-sharing program that has historically provided substantial additional annual earnings for team members.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect inbound materials
  • Verify accuracy against purchase orders

  • Package materials for shipment using appropriate methods (crates, skids, cylinders)
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and recordkeeping
  • Accurately label and mark materials
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support quality inspections
  • Assist with customer or internal audits as needed
  • Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading and scheduling pickups
