This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist who thrives in a high-quality production environment and enjoys working independently on complex machining projects.

• Set up and operate CNC and manual milling and turning machines.
• Edit, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs, including G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Machine components to blueprint specifications and tight tolerances.
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, threading, tapping, reaming, facing, deburring, and assembly operations.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training preferred.
• 10+ years of CNC and manual machining experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Advanced understanding of machining practices, shop mathematics, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience maintaining precise tolerances and solving machining challenges with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work around industrial machinery.
