Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pediatric care. You will work closely with physicians, patients, and families to ensure positive health outcomes while providing compassionate and efficient clinical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
  • Conduct patient assessments and triage clinical concerns
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Knowledge of pediatric nursing practices and standards
