We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Home Infusion RN to join our team at Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses. About the Role:As a Home Infusion RN with Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses, you will be responsible for delivering specialty infusion and oncology care in patients' homes, providing 1:1 patient care with autonomy and clinical judgment, and administering advanced therapies for rare and chronic conditions. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with pharmacy and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver specialty infusion and oncology care in patients' homes
- Provide 1:1 patient care with autonomy and clinical judgment
- Administer advanced therapies for rare and chronic conditions
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with pharmacy and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Active RN license in applicable state(s)
- Experience in Home Infusion, Oncology, IV Therapy, or Specialty Infusion preferred
- Strong IV skills and critical thinking
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible self-scheduling
