This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our Auburn, MA location. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals. Additionally, the Store Manager will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and retail loss prevention standards, while fostering a supportive team environment and leading by example.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
• Strong Store Management capabilities, including team leadership, organizational skills, and experience in achieving sales targets
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and leadership
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures and the ability to enforce and maintain compliance
• Previous experience in retail or management, with a proven ability to achieve business results
• Passion for jewelry and creating memorable customer experiences
• Flexibility to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
