Assistant General Manager

Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family‑owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator, and car wash operator in New England.

We operate 150+ company‑operated convenience stores and provide branded and unbranded fuel to over 300 locations. We value a friendly, customer‑centric approach and are looking for dedicated team members to support our operations.

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the store, mentoring team members to provide fast and friendly service and ensuring every customer receives a great shopping experience.

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Mentor team members and lead by example.
• Stock, re‑stock, and organize inventory merchandise throughout the facility.
• Check in vendor deliveries.
• Complete required paperwork: shift reports, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, and other daily records.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Assist the Store Manager as needed.

• Minimum of one year of retail experience.
• General computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and operate electronic equipment and process sales transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, lift, and bend up to 25pounds.
• Must be 18years or older.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work any shift within operational hours and weekends.

• Must be able to lift up to 30pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods standing and working at a cash register.

Starting Rate: $18.00
