Lids - 385 Southbridge Street - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations, to make it right for customers;
Execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service
