About the Sales Manager Position

The Sales Manager at Brookdale Eddy Pond East, an 80‑apartment assisted living community, will be a guide for families and older adults, a team player, and a partner in developing and executing sales and marketing plans to meet community revenue and occupancy goals.

• Guide families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.
• Participate in a 3‑week onboarding and orientation program and ongoing monthly continuing education.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
