The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets; we provide supervision for independent licensure.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable).
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred).
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor employment visas.
• Access to a laptop or device, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high‑speed secure internet required for full‑time positions.

• Option of a traditional 5‑day or a 4‑day work week. Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
• Summer Fun Fridays: early Friday closures at 12:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000 with incentive rate $60/hour over productivity.
• Fee‑for‑service rate: $50 – $70/hour.
