Nonotuck Resources Associates () is a community‑based agency providing residential services to people with disabilities since 1972. Nonotuck provides personalized supports to people by matching them with caring providers who open their hearts, their minds and their homes.

Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. Each person is surrounded by loving, dedicated, experienced and compassionate team members who provide values‑based services driven by personal preference, community inclusion, and the goal of a diversity of freely given relationships.

Care Manager (Full‑time Exempt, Monday‑Friday 40 hours/week)

Salary: $60,000.00 – $62,000 annually

Nonotuck Resource Associates is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Manager. The Care Manager will play a crucial role in providing oversight and support for shared living homes, working closely with individuals receiving services, their families, caregivers, and service partners to enhance personalized services and relationships.   • Coordinate with staff and partners to maintain high quality of care.
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and preferences.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in AFC, Shared Living, and Community Support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to person‑centered care principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
