About Your Future with SPI

SPI is a leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building materials. We are looking for a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Driver to deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to our customer locations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
  • Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle within the local area.
  • Perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador of the company.
  • Use navigation software and read, write and understand English.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use.
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001–26,000 lbs. vehicle).
  • Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record.
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity and physical strength.
  • Responsibility for safe vehicle operation and customer interaction.
Travel &

Physical Requirements
  • 60% of work is performed inside the cab; 40% is performed outdoors.
  • Role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Range

Hourly range: $13.00 – $30.00. The actual base salary will vary based on position relevance.
