The Logistics Center Associate I plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement (LEAN). This position is responsible for material handling, order processing, and shipment preparation within the Logistics Center using fundamental SAP transactions.
The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Package products accurately and efficiently for customer shipments
- Process customer orders and transactions using SAP
- Coordinate and process shipments through various carriers
- Support fulfillment and shipping operations as directed by the Shipping Supervisor
- Provide cross‑functional support and fill in for other roles within the Shipping department as needed
- Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Team‑oriented mindset
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Experience working with SAP or similar systems
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly
- Occasional lifting of 30–75 lbs with assistance
- Occasional pushing/pulling of up to 320 lbs on casters with assistance
- Use of a warehouse ladder for accessing shelves
- Operation of a manual pallet jack
- Use of standard office and warehouse equipment
- Be part of a collaborative, team‑driven environment

- Contribute to a continuous improvement (LEAN) culture
