Description:

The Med Surg/Tele RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care.
This position requires floating to different departments based on facility needs.
The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts.
Every other weekend and every other holiday work is required.
Strong clinical skills in managing patients with medical and telehealth needs are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate recent relevant experience within the past year.
The role includes assessing patients, implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Active engagement in rapid response and code situations is crucial.
The nurse will be expected to utilize necessary monitoring equipment effectively.
Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures is mandatory.
