Description:

The Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in the medical surgical and telemetry unit.
Floating to different areas may be required based on facility needs.
A minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week is expected, with shifts scheduled as 3x12-hour shifts.
Every other weekend and holiday is required.
The nurse will need to have experience in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias.
Knowledge of Rapid Response/Code team utilization is necessary.
The role includes providing peripheral line care and management, along with administering oxygen and managing non-invasive airway devices.
Understanding and following isolation precautions is essential in this position.
All required time off must be included in the initial submittal, as additional requests will not be accommodated after an offer is made.
Travelers who do not have a NY license may still be considered if they have applied for one.
Previous travelers in good standing are eligible to return to this assignment.
