Description:

This position requires a Med Surg/Tele RN who can float as per facility needs.
The RN will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each, with no blocked scheduling.
The RN is expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias are critical skills for this role.
The RN must be comfortable using rapid response and code teams.
Peripheral line care and management, along with effective oxygen administration, are vital tasks.

Experience with non-invasive airway management and isolation precautions is necessary.
All time off requests must be submitted initially, as late requests will not be approved.
The RN must coordinate coverage for any time off with their peers.
The facility provides training on the electronic medical record system.
First-time travelers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on experience.
Returning travelers are eligible if they are in good standing.
Previous permanent employees cannot be considered for traveler positions.
Patient ratios and care details will be guided by facility policies.
