We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Pick and Pack Worker position with one of our valued clients in Auburn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a production environment with consistent second-shift hours.

** Position Overview*
* The Picker/Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately counting, packaging, sealing, and labeling items while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Pick and handle products for order fulfillment

+ Accurately count items to ensure correct quantities

+ Package products into bags and prepare items for shipment

+ Seal and label finished products

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines

** Qualifications*
* + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

+ Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed

+ Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment

+ Candidates must be able to work safely and comply with workplace substance-free policies
