We are seeking a motivated Process Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for machine setup, process monitoring, troubleshooting, mold changeovers, and optimizing production performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. • Operate and oversee multiple molding machines based on production requirements
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments
• Complete mold changeovers efficiently and safely
• Monitor production processes and maintain process documentation
• Troubleshoot molding equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Perform routine machine inspections and daily equipment checks
• Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet operational goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow process sheets and work instructions
• Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, or plastics manufacturing
• Manufacturing, maintenance, machine operation, or technical trade experience
• Military or trade school background
• Experience performing machine setups and changeovers

• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend built into the rotation schedule
