We are seeking Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while developing valuable technical skills in injection and blow molding operations.

As a Process Technician, you will operate, troubleshoot, and optimize molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with a variety of advanced molding technologies, ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour Performance-based company bonus program Direct-hire opportunity Ongoing training and career development

Operate and oversee multiple molding machines Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments Complete mold changeovers and document daily machine checks Troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment Monitor production performance and quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives Work with advanced molding technologies, including:
Injection Molding, Blow Molding and Injection Stretch Blow Molding Auxiliary processing equipment

12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend built into the rotation

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow process sheets and work instructions Strong attendance and reliability record Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Interest in building a long-term technical career Manufacturing, military, trade school, or hands-on technical experience preferred All Experience Levels Welcome
