Evening RN Supervisor-Nursing Home
Located in Auburn, NY

Salary: $96K - $100K Annually;
Based on experience
Qualifications of the RN Nurse Manager-Nursing Home:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Minimum one (1) year nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to supervise staff across a facility without unit-based management
- Knowledge of NYS and Federal nursing home regulations
- Effective communication and leadership skill
Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager-Nursing Home:
- Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
- Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
- Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Provide opportunities for professional development and training to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
- Address staffing concerns, handle disciplinary actions, and mediate conflicts.
