In this role, you'll greet customers in partnered retail locations, explain energy-efficient comfort solutions, and schedule in-home consultations for our technicians and comfort specialists. You'll use scripts, tools, and training to educate homeowners, capture accurate contact details, and meet daily and weekly lead goals while reflecting our family-like, integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

- Qualify prospects by asking basic comfort, energy, and equipment questions.
- Schedule in-home consultations and service appointments using company tools and scripts.
- Accurately capture customer information and enter leads into CRM or tracking systems.
- Represent the Holbrook Heating brand with professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for conversations, leads, and booked appointments.
- Maintain a clean, branded in-store display and marketing materials.
- Participate in ongoing training on HVAC products, promotions, and safety procedures.
