** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour*
* ** Shift:*
* 1st Shift - M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm, with willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed

** What's a typical day as Warehouse Associate? You'll be:*
* + Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away materials and products
+ Managing material requests and ensuring timely delivery to production or storage areas
+ Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
+ Supporting physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices
+ Performing order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples
+ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
+ Communicating issues or improvement suggestions to management
+ Identifying and recommending process improvements for operational efficiency and safety
** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
+ Bring 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, with shipping/receiving experience (must have)
+ Demonstrate proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
+ Are able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
+ Possess experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
Net Suite experience is a plus
+ Have strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills
+ Are proficient with computers and handheld inventory devices
+ Can follow oral and written instructions accurately
+ Are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
+ Are willing to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed
+ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
+ Have previous experience in a high-volume distribution environment
