** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour*
* ** Shift:*
* 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday. Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed.

** What's a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You'll be:*
* + Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficiently load, unload, pick, and put away products and materials.
+ Picking/packing materials as needed.
+ Managing and fulfilling material requests, ensuring timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to designated production or storage areas.
+ Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete daily tasks.
+ Supporting physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.
+ Performing order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples.
+ Communicating issues, concerns, or improvement suggestions to management in a timely and professional manner.
+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
+ Assisting with general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping and organizing equipment.
** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
+ Bring 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment (shipping/receiving and picking/packing experience is a must).
+ Have proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
+ Are able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
+ Possess experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
Net Suite experience preferred.
+ Demonstrate strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
+ Are proficient using computers and handheld devices for inventory and workflow tasks.
+ Can follow oral and written instructions accurately.
+ Are dependable, punctual, and have a safety-focused work ethic.
+ Are willing to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed.
+ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ Have prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
