** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour*
* ** Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed.*

** What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be:*
* + Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away products and materials.

+ Managing and fulfilling material requests, ensuring timely delivery  and packaging materials to production or storage areas.

+ Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

+ Supporting physical inventories and cycle counts, maintaining proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.

+ Communicating issues, concerns, or improvement suggestions to management in a timely and professional manner.

+ Performing order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples.

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

+ Assisting with general warehouse upkeep, such as sweeping and organizing equipment.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).

+ Posess proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).

+ Possess proven pick and packing experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment (required).

+ Bring 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, including shipping and receiving.

+ Can meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

+ Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
Net Suite experience is a plus.

+ Demonstrate strong math, reading, and documentation skills.

+ Are proficient in using computers and handheld devices for inventory and workflow tasks.

+ Exhibit a dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.

+ Can follow oral and written instructions accurately.

+ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

+ Have prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
