We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Lead Accountant & Project Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses, and managing project costs using Quick Books and other financial software
.

• Record and categorize company expenses and project costs in Quick Books and other relevant software.
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost allocation
  .
• Maintain and organize financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Support the Lead Accountant in preparing audits, tax filings, and financial reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for financial analysis and reporting.
• Work with other financial or project management software as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science (with an accounting focus).
• Proficiency in Quick Books (certification is a plus).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with other accounting or project management software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
