Manage physical daily cycle counts and research and correct inventory variances, while providing accurate data and reports with the use of Eclipse and/or Excel.;
Audit, record, report, and correct discrepancies from all areas of operations involving inventory control and returns.;
Accountable for Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns, and RMA/RGA processing.;
Correspond with Sales Writers regarding restock percentages and accurate customer credits.;
Work with the returns team on Customer or Vendor RGA’s that require the involvement of the Inventory Control group.
