Construction/Service company that is PE backed and growing by acquisitions, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations, lead a small accounting team, and provide strategic financial insight to executive leadership. • Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple intercompany entities.
• Manage and mentor a team including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing personnel.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
• Partner with executive leadership to support financial planning and business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with external CPA partners during year-end financial statement preparation.

• Competitive salary of $115,000 – $150,000 based on experience.

• Experienced financial professional with at least 3 years of financial management and daily financial oversight experience.
• Proven leader with experience managing and developing accounting staff.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Advanced user of Quick Books, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
