Job Description

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers at Pro Ampac’s Auburn manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front office presence while supporting daily administrative, invoicing, and facility-related tasks. The Front Desk Coordinator works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication across both production plants.

This is a fully on-site role at our Auburn, WA manufacturing location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present a professional and business appropriate appearance
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors, vendors, and guests
  • Assist customer service team with data entry projects
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings using the company calendar system
  • Stock office and facility supply as needed
  • Restock coffee and breakroom supplies in both production plants
  • Travel to the post office twice weekly to drop off outgoing mail and check the mailbox
  • Support internal teams with miscellaneous administrative projects and special assignments
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk and reception area
  • Communicate effectively with employees across departments to support daily operations
Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, front desk, or office support role preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Wage
  • $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Hours & Location
  • On-Site | Pro Ampac – Auburn, WA
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday
