Executive Assistant to the CEOThe Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities- Attend all meetings for rapid and accurate note taking
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar and oversee all scheduling
- Communicate on the CEO's behalf
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Act as the CEO’s communication proxy by managing the email inbox and drafting high‑quality executive documents
- Screen and prioritize access requests, maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Support complex scheduling, including board, senior leadership team, partners, and urgent reminders
- Minimum five (5) years supporting a CEO or senior executive (preferred)
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly adopt new systems/AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and meticulous organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high‑volume inboxes, and multi‑state travel
