Collision Estimator

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process QC to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
• Keep customers fully informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete

• Position is regular full-time

Demonstrates expertise in vehicle repair processes, customer service, and insurance procedures while effectively managing repair workflows and ensuring quality standards. Proficient in utilizing multiple estimating systems to provide accurate estimates and maintain customer communication throughout the repair process.
