We are seeking highly motivated Business Operations Specialists at Level3 or 4 to join our dynamic team. The role supports our Fabrication Work Movement leadership, driving business planning, decision making, operations, and insights across the value stream.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely data analysis and business insights to support decision‑making processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, collaborate with focal points, and create presentations for business needs.
- Establish metrics requirements, track performance versus plan, and update leaders on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform variance analysis, collaborate to mitigate risk, and develop recovery plans.
- Ensure integration and alignment across programs/functions and the enterprise management system.
- Facilitate data sharing, collaboration, and communication between teams.
- Define content, data, onboarding, and presentation standards for consistency and accuracy.
- Support decision‑making by providing data, analysis, scenario analysis, and strategic thought.
- Conduct periodic management system reviews, anticipate evolving needs, and implement improvements.
- Coaching and guidance for less experienced personnel.
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Operations, project, or program management.
- 5+ years’ experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high‑level projects for executives or senior leadership.
- 5+ years’ experience in cross‑functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Level4: 7+ years’ experience in Business Operations or similar roles.
- 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, scheduling, supplier performance, change management, strategy, or program management.
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects to meet business goals.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation. Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay ranges:
Level3 – $101,150 to $111,860;
Level4 – $126,650 to $140,060.
