Work LocationThis position can be based in Auburn, WA or Salem, OR, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate’s preference.
What you will do- Administrative position in Credit Services Group assisting in the daily functions and operations of the department.
- Answering phones, data entry and customer service.
- Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade references.
- Process credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenance.
- Possible light collections.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and be team oriented.
- Heavy phone and computer use.
- Usual 40‑hour work week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
- Requires punctual, regular and reliable on‑site attendance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre‑employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.
- This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime.
- Pay is $18/hour – $20/hour, DOE.
