Work Location

This position can be based in Auburn, WA or Salem, OR, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate’s preference.

What you will do
  • Administrative position in Credit Services Group assisting in the daily functions and operations of the department.
  • Answering phones, data entry and customer service.
  • Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade references.
  • Process credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenance.
  • Possible light collections.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
  • Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work independently and be team oriented.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Heavy phone and computer use.
  • Usual 40‑hour work week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
  • Requires punctual, regular and reliable on‑site attendance.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre‑employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.
Salary & Compensation
  • This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime.
  • Pay is $18/hour – $20/hour, DOE.
