Technical Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking aTechnical Documentation Specialist to join their team. As aTechnical Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Business Development Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist
Location:Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $32/hr to $34/hr on W2
Duration: 4 months

What's the Job?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop strategic plans and proposals to meet business growth targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

What's Needed?

• Bachelors degree with proven experience in business development or sales roles with EPC(Engineering, Procurement & Construction), global project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Process Documentation & SOP Development
• 5-7 years of experience in Process mapping/ Visio / Workflow Design
• 5-7 years of experience in Technical writing, training material & user guide development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and market insights effectively
