Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project management and construction execution teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor project progress, address workflow issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and track multiple project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Foster a positive work environment for employees, customers, and contractors.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company processes and best practices.
- Maintain and enforce the company’s safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
- Provide on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher-level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plans.
- Install the quality program for the company’s and subcontractors work, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specifications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge and confidence in construction safety practices and protocols.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
- Ability to diagnose workflow problems, analyze critical paths, and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budget tracking and consultative selling skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 years of industry experience required.
- Valid DL is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Experience on AT&T or Verizon is a plus.
