Field Wireless Construction Manager​/Project Management Assistance

Job DescriptionZenisco Inc. is a leading specialty contractor providing construction crews and management for the installation of cellular equipment on communication structures. We are seeking a highly motivated Wireless Construction Manager to oversee and manage assigned company and customer projects. This leadership role will ensure that all crews and crew members are performing efficiently, effectively, and safely, in accordance with industry standards and company expectations.Key

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project management and construction execution teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, address workflow issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage and track multiple project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
• Foster a positive work environment for employees, customers, and contractors.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company processes and best practices.
• Maintain and enforce the company’s safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
• Provide on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher-level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plans.
• Install the quality program for the company’s and subcontractors work, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specifications.

• In-depth knowledge and confidence in construction safety practices and protocols.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong work ethic and professionalism.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budget tracking and consultative selling skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Skills Requirements:

• 5-7 years of industry experience required.
• Valid DL is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Experience on AT&T or Verizon is a plus.
