Addresses construction service and product issues at the customer’s site to resolve quality and reliability concerns in the most efficient and cost-effective manner;
Investigates/examines the condition of company workmanship and products on customer sites at all stages of construction;
Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness;
Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence;
Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals;
Follows safety procedures and attends safety meetings; may suggest improvements to safety procedures
