Wanted:
Experienced Asphalt Foreman with a strong background in asphalt paving and pavement maintenance operations. Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and production-driven operator. You must know how to lead crews, manage jobs, and deliver clean, efficient results.

• Lead and manage asphalt paving and maintenance crews
• Oversee paving, grinding, seal coating, and repair work
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations, trucking, and material flow
• Ensure production goals are met
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work
• Identify and solve jobsite issues in real time
• Read plans, specifications, and job scope
• Work with project managers and estimators to execute projects
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
• Track job progress and communicate updates

• Enforce jobsite safety standards
• Follow and maintain compliance with Washington L&I / WISHA (WAC 296-155)
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites

• Minimum 5 years of asphalt paving or heavy civil experience
• Experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead
• Must have valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• Self-starter
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Strong understanding of asphalt equipment and operations
• Ability to read plans and manage job execution
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends when required

$46.00 - $50.00 per hour
