We are looking for a high‑energy, professional Customer Service Specialist to be the ultimate champion for our clients. You will serve as the primary contact, handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Serve as the primary contact, professionally handling all phone and email inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and provide real‑time status, shipping, and product updates.
• Resolve issues with urgency and escalate complex technical problems.
• Partner with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless service and accurate records.
