Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Process orders, updates, and account changes accurately within internal systems
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service or account-related issues
- Provide product, service, or policy information to customers as needed
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and scheduling
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
