Architecture Manager for Washington

As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Washington USA. You will be working on a contract basis with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided

• Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
• Create and review architectural plans drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress budget and schedule to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to develop their skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up or other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to relocate to Washington USA
