Looking for Instructors to Support In-Person Classes on Our Campuses
The Social Science Division at Green River College invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach General Psychology (Psyc&100) classes on campus.
The successful candidate embraces the community college mission and is passionate about teaching and empowering students to be successful.
About the CollegeGreen River College's student body is made up of approximately 41% academic transfer students, 34% professional‑technical students, 15% adult basic education students, and 3% applied bachelor degree students. Green River College has four campuses, including the main campus in Auburn, Washington, with satellite campuses in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw. Programs serve high school graduates, Running Start students (dual enrollment), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students, students learning English, and continuing education students.
Service areas are increasingly ethnically diverse, comprising African Americans, African immigrants, Asian Americans, Asians, Latinx, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Middle Eastern Americans, among other communities.

Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in psychology.
- Experience teaching General Psychology at the college level.
- Ph.D. in Psychology.
