- Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Educational Diagnostics, Special Education, Guidance and Counseling, Educational School Psychology, or other approved field
- Must hold a current license in the state of New Mexico as an Educational Diagnostician
- Graduate level coursework must include classes in psychometrics in both cognitive and academic achievement assessments
- Proficient in use of computers, computer and database applications, creation of word documents and spreadsheets
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Spanish preferred
