YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking Lead Instructors for a part-time onsite BASE program at Lakeland Hills Elementary. You will guide elementary students through sports, arts, STEM, and hands‑on activities, supporting the program supervisor and fostering teamwork and social-emotional learning.
The role requires age 18+, experience with children, and ability to model Y values. Schedule includes early morning and after-school hours, with additional Play Everyday support on school days.
