Hybrid Field Service & Warehouse Technician
Bullfrog Spas is seeking a self-motivated Hybrid Field Service & Warehouse Technician to support both in-field service work and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for servicing and repairing spas, supporting delivery readiness, maintaining accurate inventory, organizing parts and warehouse space, and helping ensure customers receive exceptional experience. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage daily priorities, communicate clearly, and take ownership of successful outcomes with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Service and repair spas in the field and in house.
- Position requires routine field work and on-site support responsibilities.
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose, service, and repair spas while representing Bullfrog Spas professionally.
- Document service work accurately, including findings, parts used, follow-up needs, and customer communication.
- With the help of the Area Manager, resolve customer escalations within the Washington market.
- Unload spas that arrive at the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate receiving, staging, and inventory control of incoming spas.
- Receive, inspect, stage, pull, and prepare spas, parts, and accessories needed for service, delivery, and showroom support.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and warehouse organization.
- Assist with inventory counts and communicate low-stock, missing, or damaged items in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle, tool setup, warehouse area, and parts storage system.
- Assist in local showroom support and show set ups.
- Communicate with Service and Delivery Schedulers to ensure completion of jobs.
- Work with local Managers and Area Manager to create and increase customer experience.
- Communicate local needs and be responsible for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and align for the success of the Washington market.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while completing assigned service and warehouse tasks on time.
- Take ownership of service outcomes, warehouse organization, parts readiness, and the overall customer experience.
- Proactively identify issues, communicate needs, and follow through until tasks or concerns are resolved.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Train new team members as the market grows.
- Hold team members accountable to the process. Teach, guide, and encourage to promote the right behaviors.
- Oversee the success of the service and delivery teams.
- Coordinate third-party delivery and service crews to ensure adherence to company standards, including training, product updates, and professional appearance.
- Communicate training needs with Area Manager.
- Fleet maintenance, licensing, and DOT adherence.
- Submit expense reports.
- Data collection.
- Follow all company safety procedures while working in the warehouse, on service calls, around equipment, and during loading or unloading.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

- Candidates must possess or have the ability to learn the basic fundamentals of spa repair.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage daily priorities between warehouse duties and field service responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, take initiative, and follow through on tasks without constant supervision.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally during service appointments and escalations.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy products with proper equipment and team support.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift or pallet jack as required.
- Basic electrical, low voltage, 110v to 240v, AC/DC, GFCI breakers and amperage.
- Electronics diagnostics.
