ENFRA LLC is seeking an Asset Manager I to oversee energy usage strategies and manage the Central Energy Plant. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, reviewing daily energy consumption, and managing operations and maintenance for the facility.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of related experience in mechanical construction or facility management and strong communication skills. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred. Competitive salary range is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
